This website is a client-side calculator. All calculations happen inside your browser. We do not collect, transmit, or store your calculation data, client names, or property details on any server.
1. Information we do NOT collect
- Names, mobile numbers, or emails you type into the calculator — these stay in your browser and are used only to fill the printed report you generate yourself.
- Property details, valuations, or calculation results.
- Any account information — this site has no login or registration.
2. Data stored on your device (localStorage)
If you save custom settings — property multiplier rates or advocate information in the Settings panel — they are stored in your browser's localStorage on your own device only. This data never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data, or by using "Reset to 2023 Defaults" in Settings.
3. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This website displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.
